What is ITO Glass?
ITO glass is manufactured by depositing indium tin oxide in variable proportions onto the surface of numerous glass substrates.
The coatings allow specialised processes to take place including electrical conduction transmittance resulting in resistances which can be tailored to the application required.
ITO Glass is a prominent material used in research and industry, due to its high optical transparency and a broad range of uses.
Transparent Conductive ITO Glass
Prochema Provide Both ITO Glass and ITO Film
ITO glass magnet vacuum sputter technology, to sputter ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) onto the glass substrate,
to achieve the glass one side conductive meanwhile optical transmittance.
Specification: 14*16inch
Thickness 1.1/0.7mm
Resistance 8-15,20-50,90-120OHM/sq
Customized sizes are available.
Using Surface topography instrument Surfcom l400D to test the glass flatness, wavelength range: 0.8mm-8.0mm, Standard: JIS B0601-1994
After coating, surface quality approve 100% testing. Using the reflected light or transmitted light method for testing, 30cm far away from glass.
Use clean gloves or PVC gloves to take out glasses.
ITO glass should be stored in a dry and clean environment, Storage relative humidity below 70%, valid time for six month. In order to avoid the storage time is too long to cause cleaning difficult, suggest 2 month for hot summer 6-9month, other month not longer than 3 month storage.
What is ITO Glass used for?
Short answer - Quite a lot! The material is utilised in many industries including consumer appliances as plasma displays for LCD TVs, touch screens for mobile phones, lamps, sensor coating for cameras, and within computer components. ITO heater glass is used in the military, naval and aviation industries.
It is also used within the security industry, in anti-theft devices and safety alert systems. There are many applications in the medical industry too, such as custom lenses for microscopes and other medical devices including IVF Workstations.
In the Transport industry, ITO Glass is used for depth detection for car brake lights, road lighting, and helps aid defrosting
within aircraft cockpit windows. It is utilised in Military Command/Control Screens, Ground Vehicles & Periscopes.
Fto conductive glass for laboratory use/transparent display fto glass belongs to the group of TCO (transparent conducting oxide) conductive glasses, which is a functional glass product coated with a layer of transparent FTO conductive oxide film by physical or chemical method. FTO has a good thermal stability and weather ability. FTO glass possessed a property of both low sheet resistance as well as high transmittance. It is largely used in research as development as well as industries.
FTO glass is electrically conductive and ideal for use in a wide range of devices, including applications such as opto-electronics, touch screen displays, thin film photovoltaics, energy-saving windows, RFI/EMI shielding and other electro-optical and insulating.
