In general, we will accept your drawings and send samples to you as required. (We provide samples, because it is OEM-made, all our samples are not free)
For some custom properties of glass, you can read the following carefully.
1. Glass silk screen color: black, gray, white, other colors.
2. Glass raw materials: Gorilla/AGC/Dragontail/Panda Glass or other brand.
2. Glass thickness: 0.4mm/0.5mm/0.55mm/0.6mm/0.7mm/0.8mm/0.9mm/1.0mm/1.1mm/1.3mm/1.5mm/1.6mm/1.8mm/2.0mm/2.1mm /3.0mm/4.0mm/5.0mm/6.0mm etc.
3. Glass shapes: square, round, irregular graphics, can be customized according to customer drawings.

5. Edge processing: Straight, round, beveled, stepped; polished, CNC grinded.
6. Surface treatment: AG/AF/AR.
7. Minimum order quantity: 1000pcs, if it is large glass, you can negotiate with us.

9. Packing: paper interlayer, then wrapped by Kraft Paper, then in plywood case
10. Acceptable Tolerance: +/-0.05mm
11. Logistics and transportation: commercial express, sea shipping. (According to customer needs)
Tempered glass product Attributes:
1.Safety Performance: Tempered glass will appear hurtless obtuse angles when breakage.
2.Strong Performance: Four times more than ordinary glass.
3.Heat stability Performance: Three times more than ordinary glass, could bear the temperature change of about 200°C.
4.Tempered glass has a very good performance of anti-curve, anti-impact intensity.
5.Once tempered glass breakage occurs, the glass could break into small fragments, which are harmless to human body.

What is Conductive Glass?
Transparent conductive glass possesses both transparency and electrical conductivity. It's often used in applications requiring a combination of these properties, such as touchscreens, displays, solar cells, and architectural glass.
It is a material that is commonly used for applications that require electrical conductivity. These applications include Electro-optic devices and Electrochemical applications.
ITO coated glass is one of the most common materials used for semiconductor oxide electrodes. These coatings are highly conductive and transparent. They can be used in applications such as LCD and OLED screens.
Fluorine Doped Tin Oxide (FTO) is an extremely conductive material. It has excellent optical properties and is widely used in optical devices. As a result, FTO is suitable for energy-saving windows, thin film solar cells, and optoelectronic components. However, this material must have good reflectivity to infrared light. This is achieved through a pyrolytic on-line electric conductive coating.
