Using Surface topography instrument Surfcom l400D to test the glass flatness, wavelength range: 0.8mm-8.0mm, Standard: JIS B0601-1994
After coating, surface quality approve 100% testing. Using the reflected light or transmitted light method for testing, 30cm far away from glass.
Use clean gloves or PVC gloves to take out glasses.
ITO glass should be stored in a dry and clean environment, Storage relative humidity below 70%, valid time for six month. In order to avoid the storage time is too long to cause cleaning difficult,suggest 2 month for hot summer 6-9month, other month not longer than 3 month storage.
